Grades 4 - 8 are using on-line Report Cards!

This page is designed to help you with the on-line report card site. During the fourth quarter marking period during the 2005-2006 school year the the seventh grade students piloted a program for on-line report cards. Teachers and parents loved it. It is just another way to unite school and home. We used the program during the 2006-2007 school year. This year we will be using the program for students in grades 4 through 8 again and this year parents will have their own user names and passwords.

Interactive Educators Incorporated is a company that is providing the on-line report card software. Teachers enter the students grades directly into the software on-line. Students and parents are aware of student achievement daily. The grades go directly into the report card. Students must log onto the ieischools.com/testsystem to log into the site. Don't forget to choose Saint Louis School and student or parent. Then type your user name and password.

REPORT CARD: On-line you can view the instant report card which will give the student's grades immediately. The report card has been designed just like our current carbon copy report card given during the year. Report cards will be printed each quarter and sent home with the students.

PROGRESS REPORT: You are also able to view the student's progress report. This report gives details on specific assignments students have had in particular courses. Teacher comments are also available on the progress report. Progress Reports will no longer be printed for grades 5 - 8 unless requested. Parents will be requested to view the progress report on-line and send the form back to school.

TEST RESULT REVIEW: This feature also enables you to see how the student scored on a particular assignment.

VIEW CLASS: This option lets you see how the teacher breaks down assignments. For example, in Mathematics there are tests, quizzes, classwork, and computation. Each category is given a percentage. In this option you can view the percentages.

TAKE A TEST: This is a feature where the teacher sets up an on-line assignment for the students to complete either at school or at home. The assignment once completed and graded goes directly into the grading system.

We hope you like the system and find it easy to use. If you have any questions or feedback please email the school at office@saintlouischool.org.
